Take-back of your old appliances (WEEE)

For any purchase of a new appliance, we take back your equivalent old appliance (same type, same function) free of charge, with no additional purchase required. Simply tick the take-back option when placing your order, in the payment confirmation area.

Large appliances delivered by carrier: take-back is free of charge at the delivery point, provided the old appliance is disconnected, drained, cleaned and safely accessible. Small appliances: a take-back solution is offered (local collection point or prepaid return label on request). In all cases, the appliance taken back must be equivalent to the new appliance purchased.

The price of each eligible appliance includes the WEEE eco-contribution, shown separately on the product page, in the cart and on the invoice. This contribution funds the collection, depollution and recycling of end-of-life equipment.

As a producer placing electrical and electronic equipment on the market, ASSEMAT ELECTROMENAGER meets its WEEE obligations through an approved eco-organisation and declares the corresponding unique identifier. UID: FR231777_01LGTL (unique identifier of the national PRO&Cie network, the central purchasing group to which ASSEMAT ELECTROMENAGER belongs). Appliances taken back are entrusted to this scheme to be depolluted, recovered and recycled in an environmentally responsible way.

The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, shown on the appliance or its packaging, means the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It must be handed in at an approved collection point (store, recycling centre) so it can be treated, recovered and recycled.
