Paying by bank transfer
From €300 incl. VAT you may pay by SEPA transfer rather than by card: no card limit, no fees. Choose "Bank transfer" at the payment step; our bank details and the reference to quote are emailed to you as soon as your order is recorded, and remain available in your customer account. You have 7 days to instruct the transfer. Quote the EXACT order amount, in euros, together with the reference given: that is what lets us match your payment without having to chase you. YOUR ORDER IS PREPARED ONCE THE FUNDS ARRIVE, and the delivery lead time runs from that collection, not from the order date. Without a transfer after 7 days the order is cancelled and the products returned to sale; you are free to order again. Any overpayment is refunded to the account that sent the transfer, and to that account only.
