Essential to the site’s operation (basket, security, session, language preference). They do not require consent.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure site traffic (pages viewed, traffic sources, time spent) in order to improve the store and product pages. These cookies (notably "_ga" and "_ga_*") are only placed after your consent, with IP address anonymisation, and are kept for a maximum of 13 months (CNIL recommendation). Rejecting them has no impact on your browsing.

After your consent only, we use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure how our advertising campaigns perform on Facebook and Instagram and to show you relevant ads. The cookies involved are "_fbp" and "_fbc", kept for a maximum of 13 months. The same events (page viewed, product viewed, add to cart, order placed) are also sent to Meta from our servers, with your contact details turned beforehand into irreversible fingerprints, so that this measurement is more reliable. That second transmission is subject to the same consent: if you decline, it does not take place. Declining has no impact on your browsing or on your orders.

The support chat (Crisp) is only loaded after cookies are accepted. It lets you talk to our team and may place a technical cookie for the duration of the conversation.

Proof of your consent is kept for 6 months. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement) are kept for a maximum of 13 months, in line with CNIL recommendations. After these periods, your consent is requested again.

The consent banner offers "Accept" and "Reject" equally. Use "Manage cookies" (bottom of the page) to revisit your decision at any time.

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge each have a dedicated menu in their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may however degrade some features of the site.
