2. Data collected
Identity and contact details, order and delivery information, purchase history, contact preferences, browsing data (with consent for non-essential cookies), exchanges with customer support.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the sales and delivery contract (basis: contract); management of customer service, returns and warranties (basis: contract / legal obligation); fraud prevention and compliance with accounting and tax obligations (basis: legal obligation / legitimate interest); audience measurement and marketing (basis: consent).
4. Recipients
Strictly necessary providers: hosts of the website and the online store (Vercel Inc. for the storefront; IONOS SARL, data centre located in Germany, for the store and customer data), an approved PCI-DSS certified payment provider, carriers, support chat tool (Crisp), and, subject to your consent, the Google Analytics 4 audience-measurement tool (provided by Google Ireland Limited). No sale of data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Google Analytics audience measurement, enabled only after your consent, may involve a transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google adheres, supplemented by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The IP address is anonymised before any processing.
6. Retention periods
Customer account: for the lifetime of the account, then deleted or anonymised after prolonged inactivity. Orders and accounting records (invoices): 10 years under accounting and tax obligations. Marketing (newsletter): until consent is withdrawn and at most 3 years after the last contact. Proof of cookie consent: 6 months from collection; non-essential cookies: 13 months maximum (CNIL recommendations). Support exchanges: for the time needed to handle the request, then limited archiving.
7. Data security
Data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), hosting of customer data in a data centre located in the European Union (Germany), payment handled by a PCI-DSS certified provider without card numbers being stored by us, and access restricted to authorised staff only.
8. Cookies and trackers
The site uses strictly necessary cookies as well as, after obtaining your consent, audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics).
