Yes, Klarna allows instalment payment (e.g. 3× interest-free) when the eligibility conditions are met.
2. How do I withdraw / cancel my order?

3. Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are borne by the customer (postal return for small appliances; private carrier for large appliances, with an estimate given in the Terms of Sale).
4. What warranties on the appliances?
2-year legal warranty of conformity + warranty against hidden defects, in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty shown on the product page.
5. Do you take back my old appliance?
Yes, free "one-for-one" take-back of an equivalent appliance for any new purchase (see Warranties & After-sales).
6. Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT, with the WEEE eco-contribution included and shown separately.
7. How do I track my order?
