Krampouz Saveur Double PFSV2AA-KR electric plancha 3200 W - stainless steel 64 cm

The Krampouz Saveur Double electric plancha has a 64 x 33 cm stainless steel plate, sized for six to eight guests. Food-grade stainless steel does not chip and is unfazed by metal utensils, unlike non-stick coatings that wear over time. The surface is cleaned with a scraper once cooking is done, with no special care needed.

Two independent heating zones of 1,600 W each add up to 3,200 W. Each has its own adjustable thermostat, so you can sear meat at full power on one side while vegetables cook gently on the other. That separation avoids the compromise of a single plate where everything cooks at the same temperature.

Running on electricity does away with gas bottles and charcoal, which allows indoor use as well as balconies where open flames are banned. It comes up to temperature immediately and shuts off just as cleanly, with nothing to wait for or extinguish. Krampouz is a long-established French maker of planchas and professional crêpe griddles.
