The Midea PortaSplit portable air conditioner brings together four uses in a single unit: cooling, heating, dehumidifying and ventilating. Its 12,000 BTU cooling capacity, equivalent to 3.5 kW, suits a living room or a large bedroom. It avoids the installation work a fixed split unit requires, while moving from room to room as the seasons change.

Its A++ rating on the A+++ to D scale rests on a SEER of 6.1 in cooling and a SCOP of 4.0 in heating.
