1. Delivery methods and costs
Parcels under 30 kg (small appliances, small home and garden items): home delivery for €4.90, and FREE from €99.90 of purchase. Parcels over 30 kg (large appliances, garden furniture, lawnmowers, etc.), delivered by a specialist carrier: home delivery €39.90 (without installation) or €49.90 (with installation); these fees apply regardless of the order amount. The exact amount is always shown before payment is confirmed.
2. Indicative lead times
Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days of order confirmation, unless the Customer chooses a later delivery date or in the event of a delay or incident beyond our control at the carrier. The lead time is shown on each product page and confirmed at payment.
3. Large appliance delivery
For bulky appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, etc.), access to the delivery location must be clear and safe. Check the dimensions of the appliance and of the passages (doors, stairs, lift) before ordering.
4. "One-for-one" take-back
For any purchase of a new appliance, we take back your equivalent old appliance free of charge (see the Warranties & After-sales page and the Terms of Sale). For large appliances delivered by carrier, tick the take-back option before completing your order.
