Ninja Creami NC302EU ice cream maker - black/grey

The Ninja Creami NC302EU does not work like a conventional ice cream maker: it does not chill the mixture, it works an already frozen base. The recipe is prepared as a liquid, poured into a tub, spends 24 hours in the freezer, then the machine takes it on as a solid block. Its CreamiFy technology shaves that block at high speed until it reaches a smooth texture, without the ice crystals of a simply frozen mixture.

That approach changes what you can do with the appliance. Since you compose the liquid base yourself, nothing forces cream and sugar on you: a recipe with no added sugar, no lactose or entirely plant based goes through in exactly the same way. Six automatic programmes match the churning to the result you want, from ice cream to sorbet, taking in soft serve, light ice cream, smoothie bowls and milkshakes.

An EXTRAS function folds toppings back in after the first churn, chips or pieces of fruit, without grinding them into the rest. The 800 W motor drives four stainless steel blades, removable for cleaning. The working bowl holds 0,45 litres, enough for one or two servings at a time rather than a large family tub.

The machine comes with two 450 ml Creami tubs and their storage lids, which lets you keep one base in reserve while the other is eaten. A removable blade set and a recipe booklet complete the kit, useful for calibrating your first bases.
