The Ninja Foodi AF500EU air fryer is built around a 10,4 litre FlexDrawer, sized for eight people. A removable divider splits it into two independent 5,2 litre zones, or comes out to free up a single MegaZone. That is the appliance main flexibility: one large dish on Sunday, two separate preparations during the week.

DualZone technology cooks two different foods with settings of their own. Its most useful function synchronises the finish times: the appliance delays the start of the faster zone by itself so everything reaches the table together. Without it, you would be watching two timers and reheating whatever finished early.

Seven modes cover most uses: Max Crisp, Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat, Dehydrate and Prove.
